2 agents attended my inquiry , The first one was slow response to emails and was not able to provide me with comprehensive insurance saying I am ineligible.

Second agent solved my issue and was able provide comprehensive insurance.

Just didnt understand , why first agent gave a wrong information. One company , but different rule/ policy.

1st agent I worked with wasn't great and only seemed to very transactional and ignored my email content and requests. Did not give a chance to discuss the rates and directly sent link for payment so I ignored him. Later I contacted a different agent and he was ok and I took the insurance.
